2026 Master’s Rental, 3 Story with pool—Just 12 Miles from the Augusta National

Cozy 3 story home in the heart of Columbia County! Has easy access to Interstate-20 and just 12 miles from the Augusta National golf course. The home includes 3 private bedrooms on the top floor and a spacious open concept kitchen and living room area along with the Master suite and master bathroom on the main floor. Enjoy a nice seating area in the living room, including a television and gas fireplace. The kitchen area has built in appliances and seating for many, including a dining room that seats 6, a bar that seats 4 and a kitchen table that also seats 4. On the bottom level, you find a completely finished basement or “man-cave” that includes 4 leather reclining theatre seats, 3 televisions, a gas fireplace and a full bathroom. There is also a wet bar and a full refrigerator. Connected to the basement is a completed gym area that includes free weights, cable weights and a television. From both the man cave and/or the gym, walk out to the beautiful back yard area, that includes an in-ground pool, several seating areas, an outdoor door television, Traeger pellet grill and a wood burning fire pit. The back yard is ready to enjoy day or night, as the pool has multiple lighting features as well as outdoor lighting and an outdoor fan.

Masters Stay

We had a wonderful visit during our trip to the Masters. The house worked perfectly for our group - it was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was extremely prompt and helpful. We will absolutely be staying here again!

This property was absolutely perfect for the 4 of us during Masters week. It was a gorgeous house with an awesome man cave in the basement. The pool and patio were also very nice. I will definitely use it again if lucky enough to get back to the Masters.
