- Built in 1963, this vintage beauty features original mint‑condition appliances inside a spacious 3‑bed, 2‑bath brick rancher. All furniture is brand‑new but styled to the time period, so if you love retro charm, you’ll fall in love with The Bunkhouse at St. Julien.
The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze, and the home comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with room for more using air mattresses or sleeping bags. Linens and towels are provided for up to 8.
You’ll be staying on nearly 2 waterfront acres with classic Southern charm. Your stay includes access to a pool table, outdoor darts and horseshoes, 2 bikes, 3 kayaks, 2 paddleboards and cornhole boards. Whether you’re planning an easy family getaway or a quiet fishing retreat, this is the perfect spot.
There is no ramp or pier onsite, but there’s plenty of beach tie‑up space for boats. You’re just 5 minutes from both Cathead Landing and Indian Bluff Park. Please note: the owners’ boats may be on the property but are not included in the rental.
