- Located near Lakeside Marina and sits on the BIG waters of Lake Marion. This home is just 12 minutes east of I-95 and Santee. This large 2,500 sq. ft. 5 BR, 3 BA home is a beautiful property that can sleep 12 (2 Kings, 2 queens, 2 twins & 1 futon). You will enjoy the open living room/ kitchen/dining room floor plan. Screened porch with patio furniture and swing. Side deck has a gas grill. We have incredible water views and a level yard for easy access to the PIER and BEACH SWING. Central H/A, Washer & Dryer, Satellite TV, WiFI, Lighted dock. Sandy bottom swimming.

Picnic Table, hammock and chairs lakeside with a screened in porch that hosts outdoor dining. Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. Full-size washer and dryer available with linens and towels for the whole family. High-speed internet, children and infant friendly pack & play.
