Located near Lakeside Marina and sits on the BIG waters of Lake Marion. This home is just 12 minutes east of I-95 and Santee. This large 2,500 sq. ft. 5 BR, 3 BA home is a beautiful property that can sleep 12 (2 Kings, 2 queens, 2 twins & 1 futon). You will enjoy the open living room/ kitchen/dining room floor plan. Screened porch with patio furniture and swing. Side deck has a gas grill. We have incredible water views and a level yard for easy access to the PIER and BEACH SWING. Central H/A, Washer & Dryer, Satellite TV, WiFI, Lighted dock. Sandy bottom swimming.

Big water views but with boat protection from wave action.

Picnic Table, hammock and chairs lakeside with a screened in porch that hosts outdoor dining. Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. Full-size washer and dryer available with linens and towels for the whole family. High-speed internet, children and infant friendly pack & play.

Outdoor gas grill, 3 Kayaks and paddles & row boat on the property for your pleasure.

Family getaway

My husband and I decided instead of Christmas gifts we would give something more lasting which was memories of this trip. The house was perfect, and had something for everyone. The host had the shed full of fun activities and games for all ages. The fire pit was great for the cool nights.

Nice house

Even though tropical storm sat on us for 4 days we (my wife and 2 daughters, 20 and 22) had a great. The house had more than enough room for us and plenty of games and puzzles. We were able to get the kayaks in the water at least 2 days. Nice place and had a good time.

Beautiful, well stocked, lakefront property

Our family of 9 had a wonderful time here. It was bright and beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for food preparation. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and functional. The view is stunning and the screened in porch was perfect. The host communicated very well and even let us have an early check in so we could get some remote work done. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We would love to come back again.

Wonderful Get a Way

Overall, our stay was wonderful. We were well communicated with and this in spite of the downstairs air conditioning not operational however, we were just fine with the fans and window unit, sometimes having to wear blankets. We were unfamiliar with Lake Marion and so we were cautious with our pontoon and suffered no setbacks. Everyone had a great time, and made Wonderful memories.

Wonderfully Peaceful

Scottā€™s place was absolutely perfect for our family of 8 adults and 2 children (8 and 5). The lakefront property and view was breathtaking, serene. We loved the openness of the house and especially how clean it was. Fishing from the dock was an added bonus. Caught a HUGE catfish, but released it. The kids didnā€™t want to take it ā€œout of its home.ā€ :) We definitely recommend staying here.

Plenty of room for 11!

This was a great house for our family gathering the week after Christmas. We had 8 adults and 3 kids and had room for everyone to sleep, eat, and play. Having a high chair and even a step stool for the kids was nice (the pack n play was broken so maybe take your own). Sadly it rained the first few days so the yard was muddy, but eventually we enjoyed the dock area. It was nice to have the big patio to enjoy some outside time in the rain. We visited the park and enjoyed a walk and the playground. There was plenty of parking. Communicatuon was quick and easy. This would be a great house in the summer too!

Fantastic Property

This is a great property on St. Julien Cove. Itā€™s protected from the waves of the open water and has a wonderful view of the sunset. The property was clean and spacious with plenty of room to relax.
