"The room smelled like wet dog and they left cleaning supplies in the bathroom . There were old stains on the carpet. I told them the room smelled like wet dog and they gave me zep smoke odor remover ,which didn’t help we had to go buy plug ins . We stayed here two years ago and it was nice , not this time and they jacked up the prices because of Leesburg bike fess. We booked this hotel because it was close to the bowling alley , which my son had a tournament at . We definitely won’t stay there again "

"This house has a ton of old charm to it, we loved it. The yard is huge and the pool is a great addition! The house was within 15 mins of everything we had to do (in town for a youth basketball tournament). The host (Amy) was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend!"

"Walls were paper thin so you could hear the people next door breathe basically. The room smelled terrible and moldy. Everything was unplugged when we got in the room. We went and bought a sheet and blanket because we didn't want to lay on that bed."

"This was our second time staying here. Location is great as it is close to everything you need. If there is anything I had hoped for was it to be cleaned better. One example being the tub had a black dusty dirt in it like it hadn't been used in a long time possibly. The vinyl flooring needed to be mopped. The vacuum cleaner needs replacing as it really only pushes around dirt. The kitchen was okay. Pool area really needs a LOT of attention. The screens are green w/what I assume is algae probably. Metal roof leaks above table when it's raining. The patio decking is covered in what looks like something granular (tree or dead leaves) - really not sure what it is but it's everywhere. I took a broom and did what I could but it needs to be power washed. "

"Beautiful home and location. Location is very close to restaurants and all shopping. The covered back porch over looking the water was peaceful and a great place to relax at anytime of the day. Clean and well cared for home, well equipment kitchen, Comfortable beds and pillows. Definitely will be booking again next time in Florida. "

"Erica was an incredible host. The house was clean and comfortable and very well equipped with any kitchen items that you might need. We completely enjoyed spending time around the pool. I would stay again and recommend"
