"We stayed stayed there for three nights and skied at saddleback. Easy ride to the mountain, town and the grocery store. It was a cozy cabin with everything you needed. It had a great porch with a nice of view of the lake. Will be coming back."

"We anticipated a rustic old cabin, but we did not anticipate health and safety issues or inaccurate amenities in the listing. There were no working smoke detectors, even with a wood burning stove in the cabin. There were no CO2 detectors and the furnace filter was neglected and dirty. An outlet exposed without a cover and there was some type of leak in the bathroom that caused the floor to be moist/wet. The listing stated they have WiFi, but the DSL was not operational. We would have been better...

"Second stay at this property. Amazing location and cabin. Very responsive and gracious host. There are very few properties like this one. Ignore the less than stellar reviews if you know what to expect at a Maine camp. Peace, quiet, amazing sunsets and views. We’ll be back again."

"Was beautiful and quiet. Perfect for a gathering. BUT hot tub overheated once and was 111 (WAY too hot to get into), and it kept tripping the breaker so had to keep resetting it. Also departing conditions says to put trash in dumpster. Couldn’t find a dumpster anywhere on the property or road, ended up having to bring it home in a car. But over all was a great place to stay. May go back again with family. Was beautiful and just want 6 mommas needed for a Mother’s Day weekend get away. "

"A very quiet and pleasant location. Very comfortable camp, nice beds, well stocked kitchen, nice new appliances. It is right on the water which we loved. We also loved that the pond is motor boat free so all we heard were the loons. Great camp and will definitely be going back again."

"Everything was good minus the couch cushions constantly were falling off the couch. Appliances didn’t have any lights(fridge ect). Not much you can do about tv due to the size of the place but definitely not the most comfortable looking up 15ft at the tv."

The living room and dining rooms have beautiful views of the lake, the bedrooms are comfortable and cozy, and the kitchen is well stocked with dish and cookware, We hope to come back to experience the lake in the summer sometime!"
