Enjoyed sitting on the porch with our coffee. We spent most of our time in the historic/shopping area, which was 10-15 minute walk. Crescent hotel is a short walk up the hill. It is an older house with a few quirks (taller folk watch your head going into the upstairs bathroom) but we had those expectations so didn’t bother us. The stairs down to the bedrooms was steep, but wasn’t an issue for us.

This historic cottage on a shady street is the perfect place for a couple's getaway. We stayed for a week to celebrate our anniversary, and were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and spa. Unforgettable.

My adult daughter and I stayed a few days in this wonderful, vintage property. The location was perfect. Just far enough away for quiet but easily walkable to town. The home served our needs perfectly. It is very cute and decorated with the theme of the town in mind. It is a very peaceful and cozy home and we can highly recommend a stay here!

Loved my stay in this quaint vintage home, in my fav town ever!! However, one of the beds has a very hard mattress on it and my daughter had a hard time getting comfortable. I loved sitting on the front porch…so peaceful! Also, my daughter stated the kitchen sink water was not on, therefore she didn’t wash the one glass that was used.

The Bodie House is beautiful and comfortable. The stairs can be a little treacherous, as they are pretty steep. Overall it is a great location and very cute home!

It is easy to access any of the places you want to visit. The contact person Joe is very friendly and helpful with anything you might need. We had a lovely stay

The Bodie House is situated in a historical neighborhood of beautiful period homes. It is a small home but very comfortable for a small group. We enjoyed spending time on the downstairs back deck--drinking wine and enjoying the beautiful weather. The trolley stop is feet away which makes for a convenient ride into downtown (a 2-day pass is $10). We enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect location. short walk to all of Eureka Springs. The stairs are steep, but manageable. The shower may be off putting, but its clean, functional, and comfortable. The tub is great for a long soak.

What a neat little cottage! Perfect location & size for our 2 couples. A little updating of the shower would make this place just about perfect but still a great place to stay. Bedrooms & showering are all downstairs so know that going in. Hosts were absolutely wonderful. Parking on the street was plenty for our 2 vehicles as well

This house was great! So charming and welcoming. Host had fresh flowers and some snacks set out for our arrival. Check in was easy and it was very clean. We enjoyed the easy walk to Brews and downtown. AC units kept us comfortable and the deck was great. The decor was perfect for the period. The first few steps leading to the downstairs (where both bedrooms are located) were narrow and pretty steep, so if you have someone that can’t navigate steep stairs know that. Our crew was good though. We would stay here again, great place.

Easy rental process. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to downtown and Crescent Hotel. We went to the area for a quick get away and change of scenery and and left relaxed. Home is clean, and has what you need. As others stated you need to be sure footed to get to the bedrooms but I would think that would be the expectation for any home from this era. Great front porch to start and end your day.

This is the second time we've stayed at Bodie Cottage. It's close to downtown, but far enough away to avoid all the traffic (auto and pedestrian). We enjoyed sitting on both the front and back porches to enjoy the wonderful fall weather. In the evening's we enjoyed the sitting area for reading. The Internet works well, we were able to get caught up on British Baking via Netflix. We would definitely stay a third time.

We had a great stay here. The only thing that I can say is if you or your people staying have mobility issues this is not the house for you. The shower and tub are both downstairs and the stairway would be very difficult to navigate if there were issues. If you are healthy with no issues, then this is the place for you. It fits perfectly with the whole Eureka vibe! We definately will be back

Was a little difficult getting up and down to bedrooms but we made it. I don’t remember if this is mentioned in the VRBO ad but would be good to let folks know. Also had an ant problem in the kitchen. Owner very accommodating to bring another key when we locked the other one inside the house. Thank you!

We loved the Brodie House. Perfect location close for walking downtown but far enough away on a quiet street. The stairs are easy compared to some spiral staircases we’ve seen. They have good traction and we’re not an issue for us 60 yo. Beautiful antiques, I want the checkerboard table! Beautiful deck, relaxing and peaceful. Small shower but has a lot of pressure and hot!! Great weekend thanks so much!

Just my friend and I stayed here and we’re in our 40s so we had no problems with the super steep stairs but would not recommend to anyone who has mobility issues. Other than that we loved our stay we wanted to stay in a historic place down on spring street and it met our needs!
