OAK POINT LANE #1 (Sleeps four/1322 Sq. Feet) $145.00 per night (W$130) Beautiful two bedroom, two and one half bath condo located on the island with one car car port! Located on the main level is the one half bath, well furnished dining and living area both with hardwood floors. The living room has power reclining furniture and a 48" LED flat screen TV. The updated kitchen and laundry closet are also on the main level. The master bedroom with queen bed is also located on the main level with private bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom is located on the upper level with queen bed. The second bath is on the upper level landing with walk in shower. The 10'x15' deck is perfect for outdoor dining! Wireless internet provided. This property is within walking distance to Beaver Drive #74 (sleeps 6) and Beaver Lane #7 (sleeps 4). Gas grill. No Smoking. No Pets. Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.
Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!

If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is five. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. Pets not allowed.

We loved the condo. All amenities were available. Very comfortable for a mother daughter trip. Beautiful location, deer everywhere. Paradise Island is in the center of mountain and scenic water views. Close to Wineries, The Passion Play, historic district of Eureka Springs, shopping and restaurants.
Wanted to have a clean safe place to stay after exploring the area on our motorcycle’s with our husbands. After taking in all of God’s creations around us it was great coming into a beautiful clean cozy home! Would stay there again!
We had a wonderful stay! House was clean and easy to check into. There were fresh linens and blankets and all we needed. The house looked great, a home we could live in. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. If I had a complaint it would be the WiFi password wasn’t handy, but we weren’t there enough for it to matter. It is a little drive from town, but only because of the hills! Totally worth it because of the views!
Very quaint and cozy, everything was very clean. It was a little hard to get to at night, so keep your maps app open! Not too far from downtown eureka, 10/10 very much recommend staying here!
Very nice property with deer hanging around right out front door. It had everything we needed and was an easy drive to Eureka Springs. The Farmhouse restaurant was close by and very good too.
We really enjoyed this location…about 15 min from everything, such a beautiful, quiet condo community. The place has everything you need, unlike other rentals that can lack some of the basics. Super clean and comfy, with NO sign of previous guests. Will definitely book here again on our next trip to the area, when it’s not so hot outside!
A very comfortable property and quite convenient to Eureka Springs, Branson, Beaver Lake, etc. I do wish there were more live television channels though. Roku did not cover all the networks that we usually watch.
Stayed here for a weekend girls trip and it was perfect! Everything was exactly as pictured and check in/check out locations were simple. Everything felt and looked very clean. The bedrooms were a perfect size for us 3. Some things to note: the upstairs bed is pretty firm, some people like that but the three of us tried sleeping on it and was not comfortable. I slept on the couch, which was fine because the couches and chairs were super comfy. The chairs and couch in the living room are reclining which was a huge plus, very comfy. Temperature wise (we came in early November) the house at 69 felt pretty chilly. We put the thermostat to 71 and the bedrooms were hot but the main living area was comfortable, I think it was just the difference of ceiling height. There were plenty of extra throw blankets though which was nice. I would just consider a mattress topper for upstairs and a space heater for the living room area. The guest binder provided helpful information and had great recommendations. Eureka Springs was a short drive (15-20min) and all the locals there were super friendly. Like us, if you’re not familiar with the area keep in mind the roads tend to be windy and narrow- and watch for deer! The condo was pretty easy to find using Apple/Google maps. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely consider coming back. Thank you again!
Loved this place in Holiday Island. The house was clean, well designed and had everything we needed and more. My husband and I traveled with another couple for the weekend to show them Eureka Springs and all things around The Great Passion Play. It ended up being kind of a rainy weekend, but this place was perfect to be able to come back to, fix dinner and enjoy some cards and games together. Beds were good and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was just a short drive into Eureka Springs to see everything we wanted to see and do. It was also in a nice neighborhood to take a walk in the morning. We would most definitely stay here again if we ever end up in the Eureka Springs area in the future..
We so enjoyed our stay here. This corner townhouse was perfect for two couples. The kitchen was stocked with supplies and seasonings. There was a printer and office supplies available to use. The living room furniture was so comfortable with recliners on each end of the sofa. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect location for walking or jogging in the morning. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
neighborhood is quiet. Property was comfortable, kitchen is well stocked (although a regular coffee maker or French press would be better than one cup pods). Water activities all close by. Historic Eureka Springs is over a 20 minute drive, so it was not particularly convenient for all of our plans/activities that were on the other side of Eureka Springs.
