Incredible NEW Treetop Penthouse Suite encompasses the entire top level of our new office and features 2200 sq ft of pure luxury and boasts the most incredible view of Beaver Lake with Boat Dock with boat slips available. This beautiful unit features three bedrooms (three king beds OR two kings and two twin beds. Please specify which you would prefer), two baths with extremely spacious glass showers with waterfall shower heads, large jacuzzi for two with beautiful lake views, fireplace, full kitchen..fully equipped with chef quality cookware and hand painted dinnerware, 8 person Hot Tub, gas grill, 4 decks with SPECTACULAR FULL 180 degree views of the lake and surrounding mountain side. Decks feature tables, chairs and two Swingasan Swings! The Treetop Suite sits approximately 500 ft from the water's edge/boat dock/swimming/fishing/sun deck. You can walk the trail OR drive down and park. Canoes/kayaks/paddle boats deliver to our dock. Fishing guides pick up and return you with your fish cleaned and ready to cook! This incredible new suite encompasses the entire top level of our office on the on 16 waterfront acres in the Ozark Mountains. Wildlife right out your door daily. We are only 9 miles from downtown historic district. 1.5 miles from Starkey Marina where you can rent fishing boats, pontoons, double decker pontoon with slide, paddle boats and fishing equipment. Located just 2.5 miles from the beautiful, White River....trophy trout and walleye fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Property also features a lovely gift shop with art gallery, cabin decor, gifts, groceries, coin laundry, free movies, horseshoes and outdoor campfire pit. SPECIAL NOTES: there are 17 easy(wide and easy incline) carpeted steps to access this unit...it's well worth the climb! Smoking outside only, no pets allowed, maximum of 8 guests, three night minimum rental requirement. Full rate in this unit is $495/night including up to 8 guests. We offer a reduced rate of $345/night based on two guests at certain times of the year, $25/night per additional guest. We do NOT charge a cleaning fee. Our cleaning fees are based on number of guests instead. We feel this is more fair to our guests. Please, email with any questions you might have. Beyond expectation
We knew this was going to be a nice place with amazing views , but this place far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful and clean , so peaceful , great location. Saw deer right off of our balcony daily Quaint town with nice people. Tree top is gorgeous with endless amenities.

Tree Top Cabin
Our cabin was above the office/store - which we enjoyed. We had a picture perfect view, the convenience of the store below - our whole stay was amazing. It was a trek to get to Eureka (more because of the winding roads than the actual mileage), but we preferred the calm and quiet of the lake to the hustle and bustle of staying in town. The cabin had everything you could want or need - it was beautifully decorated and had gorgeous views. It was peaceful and relaxing stay!

Very nice property with several cabin options. Good layout ensures privacy and views for all. Easy experience from booking, pre-arrival communication, checking in and out. Sat on the deck and enjoyed seeing the deer every evening. We will return!

Absolutely the best view and cabin rental ever. Extremely well appointed cabin with views to die for. The beds were so comfortable! We really enjoyed the lake. Starkey marina was so close and boat rentals were so easy! We will return!!

We celebrated our 30th anniversary in the Tree Top Suite and it had beautiful views. Everything was as described and would love to come back. The only thing awkward about our stay was you could hear conversations going on downstairs in the store. Thank goodness the store hours aren’t that long. Beautiful Place!
