"Hands down one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. The view was gorgeous. The room itself was so cozy and comfortable. Very clean, kitchen had utensils, cooking pans and more. The location is perfect! Not too busy and it was near the downtown area where the shops are. "

"Stefon was great at check-in. He was friendly and efficient and very helpful. We had an issue with our sink. We stopped by the front desk to notify and it was taken care of by the time we got back. We only had to ask once which was very nice. If I ever go back to Eureka Springs I will definitely stay here again "

"Location, location, location! Great staff, good room on 4th floor with no one above us. Free parking at an off site lot; there is a shuttle. We love the historic status of the Basin. Free coffee in the lobby in the a.m. Could live without the added resort fee."

"Great place, cozy, clean, extremely nice property. We loved hanging out at the firepit. As stated parking is tight, but manageable. The hosts were very attentive and we had everything that we needed. Check out process was super easy, when so many hosts have a list of do and don'ts, they had no requests but to relax and enjoy. Very refreshing!Would definitely stay here again."
