"The indoor pool is too cold to use but the hot tub was decent but did not produce strong jets. We stayed in room 325 which did not, I repeat DID NOT have any hot water. When we call the front desk about this issue they said you have to let the water run to heat up but since we had let it run for 45 minutes I'm not sure how long you're supposed to let it run in total. The next morning There still was not any hot water. The breakfast was awesome and most of the staff was enjoyable to conversate with it's just maintenance treats you like you're a stupid kid that doesn't know anything."

"The bar charged us for someone else's tab. It took over two weeks for someone to return my call and correct it. The rooms were dirty. Dead bugs in the bathroom that hadn't been swept up. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke."

"Our room was very clean the mattress was pretty comfortable the pillows were not so comfortable they do go down pretty flat I like to have a little bit more support so better pillows would make this day and excellent one!"

"Check in was easy and friendly. The bed and pillows were comfy. There was 1 thin blanket on the bed. Room is poorly insulated. Dirt blows in around the door, and an alarm clock going off in someone else’s room woke me up. The AC filter was caked with dirt. A foul odor periodically emitted into the room; I’m guessing from the drains. They do clean good, except the AC filter. "
