"This is an old motel that has NOT been maintained. It looks and feels rundown. The room smelled like it had been cleaned with a chemical from a crime scene cleanup crew. I would keep looking especially for what they charged for the night."

"Great bargain room, nothing fancy but clean and decent size. Right next to Whole foods, and Eugene Downtown but also close to U of O campus. The bathroom was where the building showed it's age the most, but nothing that affected our stay. I will stay here again as I travel to Eugene frequently"
