Luxury Studio 3 blocks to UofO, King Bed

Studio 88 is a luxury studio apartment just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. Self check in/out. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, a full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Bed is triple sheeted for your peace of mind. Parking is available in the driveway right in front of the unit. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away in addition to everything the campus has to offer. We do not allows dogs (sorry about that).

Long Weekend in Eugene
We absolutely loved our stay! The property is an adorable and perfectly, luxury updated Tiny Home style suite in the center of it all. Geoff was a fantastic communicator. We did a long weekend stay to attend a friends Law School graduation, and this lodging option fit our needs, above and beyond. Our only wish is that there’d be more rental options this well designed across the country!!! Great work on this rental.

Clean and Inviting Studio
My husband and I stayed in the studio for 3 nights. Check-in was super easy. Geoff gave awesome directions on how to use the door lock system, the Nest thermostat, and the TV. The studio is extra clean and quite spacious for 2. We both felt very comfortable staying in the studio. The studio is located very close to the U of O and is a cute neighborhood to walk around.
