This phenomenal 2,407 sq. ft. house in Eugene offers 3 bedrooms for guests - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a twin bed. Sleeps 8 persons.There is also a large living room with a projector and screen and den. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. Also, there is a full laundry room with an LG Washer and Dryer. The house is down the street from a full track and field that athletes use to warm-up prior to competitions, as well as the frisbee golf course and pickle ball and tennis courts. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take advantage of amenities like central heating and A/C, WiFi, Roland Drum Set, musical instruments, a rowing machine, bicycles, electric scooters and soccer goals. Whether you're traveling solo, with family, or friends, this quaint retreat is the perfect spot for your getaway. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
