"Clean room"

"Stayed one night to get some sleep on a long drive. Room had an overpowering pet smell, we had to change rooms. Barely made a difference. Furniture all seemed old. I’d only stay here out or necessity, not choice. "

"Upon check in, was not greeted. Stood there for about five minutes without any acknowledgment. Once acknowledged, was very unpleasant. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Water temperature and pressure was very low. Checkout was not any better than check in. Would not recommend!"

"We stayed at Inn on 5th one night when we saw a performance at The Hult Center. The hotel was in easy walking distance. The hotel was lovely, all staff were friendly and welcoming. Every aspect of our stay was enjoyable and we were contacted several times before our stay to make sure we would have everything we needed ... eg. kettle in room, extra blankets etc. Room was ultra clean, modern and beautifully presented. Hotel was quiet and restful and as room keys were needed to access the elevator it felt safe and secure. Loved my time here, would definitely recommend."
