"Clean facility, clean guest rooms, and friendly staff. I had 2 adults in 2 different rooms. One room experienced a minor issue of a low battery chirp from the smoke detector in the middle of the night. Maintenance was not on site to immediately address the issue, but the front desk staff immediately moved the occupant to another room to accommodate. Only other issue, water pressure for shower was low on the 6th floor. "

"Customer service was great. Breakfast was good—my daughter’s favorite is the waffles! Our room was okay; the toilet ring was broken, but I just put it back in place and didn’t report it. I’m a returning customer, and I continue to choose this hotel because the price is good and the rooms are decent."

"Our Tv did not work and they came at 9pm to check it, was amazing. Changed it out for us."

"Room was clean. I was given a handicap accessible unit, which I did not sign up for. Also, the water pressure in the shower was poor. Beyond that, I enjoyed our stay."
