Jitendra: Sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We are trying our best. I do agree that our building is old and our washrooms are small because the sink is outside the bathroom. We keep our property clean even though it has some age on it. Approximately 3 years ago, we changed the carpet and put new mattresses in the rooms. If you had told us during your stay about the above concerns, we would have made different arrangements, but you never complained about your entire stay. Sorry, we are unable to provide you with free overnight charging for your electric car. Also, the rate, you paid, for 3 people, is a reasonable rate for weekends.

It's unfortunate that you did not give us your name so it makes it very difficult to respond to your concern. Truckers are human beings too, just like you. We do not discriminate against anyone. Ground floor rooms always have a window facing the parking lot. What's wrong with that? You are right about not enough electrical outlets. We just recently put all new LED lights in the rooms so I don't understand what you mean by dim lighting. What do you mean that a mini refrigerator was not standard in the rooms. We have refrigerators in all rooms. Also, there is no holes in our tubs. I don't know what you are talking about. We serve a continental breakfast and the price is included in the $50.00 room rate. You also forgot to mention that we serve bananas , yogurt, hot cereal, toast, bagels, waffles, juice (2 types) tea and hot chocolate. Sorry you were not happy with our accomodations.
