"The building is an authentic ottoman era reconstruction. My only negative comment would be that it was a bit difficult to arrive by taxi as it is right inside the castle wall. The manager arranged for a car to take us to the airport at 7:30 AM, which was a lifesaver."

"We stayed for 2 nights in a double room. It was clean and comfortable (if a bit small). Nice hot shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good (though only instant coffee was available)."

"Room was very clean and the staff helpful for the most part. We had a small glitch getting to the Kış Bahçesi - none of the staff gave us proper directions but other than that things were excellent. The breakfast was very good and the lounge area was spacious and comfortable. I invited a friend and her daughter to come swim—a bit expensive but totally worth it for the little girl to swim. I would definitely stay here again."
"Great gourmet food in the restaurant. All staff are very pleasant and courteous. From Vale (s) to reception, cleaners to dining room staff. Location is great. Parking is very convenient "
"Odamız gayet temiz ve güzeldi. Resepsiyon ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Konumu hakkında konuşmama gerek bile yok inanılmaz iyi bir konumu var hotelin. Gerçekten mükemmel hizmet mükemmel kalite. "
