"Friendly staff and unbeatable location right next to the Médina in a live commercial district, with plenty of food and shopping options. Two minuses. No hot water above the third floor. I was lucky to check before saying OK. And they immediately offered another room. Second - They didn’t realize my booking included a breakfast. To make up for it they really overcharged me on the laundry. So negotiate the rate for miscellaneous services in advance. Otherwise, a nice hotel."

"The property (especially the 4th floor where we stayed is literally brand new - fully refurbished) every thing is nice and clean.
The inly hiccup is the door lock jammed on last night of our stay and they offered us alternate room to us."
