"This is not a 3.5 star hotel. We stayed here 3 years ago and loved it, which is why we came back. This time we were disappointed again and again. The pool bar was never opened, the pool heater broke down which left no heated pool. The beach bar/restaurant was open sporadically. Our party had 3 rooms and all of us had to call for maintenance issues. The overall condition of the hotel has deteriorated. We would not recommend this hotel."

"The place was clean, friendly, and well-maintained. However, there was a small breakfast area that wasn’t included in our reservation, even though it was mentioned that it was. Upon arrival, we discovered that breakfast was an additional charge. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was pleasant, with numerous restaurants and a Mall nearby. I do recommend the Holiday Inn hotel."
