"The bar and restaurant area are clean, and the food and wine offerings are more than acceptable. We were served by a young man in the Bar named Junior… He was excellent. You could tell he was watching out for guests that might be experiencing a problem. Overall, all the staff are highly trained."

"The room was very warm. They sent someone up to make repairs to the air conditioner but they were unable to get it working. They put me in another room but the air conditioner didn't work in that room either. "

L’hôtel utilise un parfum d’ambiance que j’ai trouvé agressant, moi qui n’aime pas les odeurs fortes. Le petit déjeuner inclus était bien, avec un choix raisonnable dans les circonstances. L’hôtel était bien pour les besoins que nous avions c’est-à-dire être à proximité de l’aéroport pour notre vol du matin. Le prix était meilleur qu’au Melia à côté."

The convenient shuttle to the airport, which is close by, and the dedicated drivers. Also worthy of mention is the absolutely fabulous breakfast options. "Perfect location for my first trip to Lisbon. My room was big with the balcony overlooking Equine Cosmopolitans rooftop terrace You can walk to superb restaurants and wine bars within 5 minutes. The location is 1 mile from the cruise port and a quick Uber 5 or 6 miles to the airport. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, Bruno the hotel bartender recommended numerous restaurants and wine bars 🍸 in the area, he is a top notch mixologist! "

"The hotel is next to the train tracks and there are trains running as early as 6 am and late at night. You can hear the train loud and clear. The room and washroom are very small and limited space to walk around. They have no tissue in the washroom."
