The room was clean but the water don’t get very hot and the tv didn’t work.

It was fine—quiet for a casino but we really needed just a ½ hr late checkout and they not only wouldn’t do it ( which I have NEVER encountered) but were so rude about it. Also when we needed to extend our stay (our granddaughter was a little overdue) they didn’t really make an effort to find another room for us. We ended up checking out and moving to the Marriott old town which was lovely. But everyone at the front desk was friendly other than that

Courteous staff, clean rooms, lovely property and pool. The manager happened to be about when we arrived at our room, and greeted us, welcomed us, and encouraged us to ask for his assistance if needed. Our place was much like an apartment sized Air BnB, complete with washer, dryer, and dishwasher. We received a welcome basket of snacks, water and needed kitchen/laundry supplies. There are always snacks, water and coffee available for free near the front desk. The rooms are spacious, but a bit out dated as far as paint and decor. Located in a safe area, the property is gated with a code. The room doors also use a code. The rooms are not cleaned every day, unless you request that.The only drawback we had was that no one is on duty at the desk late evening or early morning. We only saw a maintenance man cleaning the outside area after hours, and he could not help us with our questions.
