- Estill Springs is waiting for you this 4-bedroom cozy house with 2 king beds, 4 twin beds, and 2 foam futons, this welcoming property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the AC, WiFi, fire pit for family gatherings in the evening where you can roast S'mores as well as other amenities like a gas BBQ provided for your convenience. We also have a long driveway that provide ample parking if you wish to bring your watercraft, Rock Creek Boat Ramp is literally a 1 minute drive down the street right next to Citgo and the Land & Lake Market & Grill.
We have 2 1/4 bathrooms with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash to ensure everyone has what they need to freshen up. A kitchen stocked with necessary conviniences of home, dishwasher, washer and dryer with laundry soap. We've also provided complimentary coffee pods. This is a great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
