You’ll be just minutes from shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and the beach, and onsite community amenities include a pool, tennis courts, and gym. Miromar Outlets are four miles away and Florida Gulf Coast University is six-and-a-half miles away.

At home, start the day with coffee and a good book on your enclosed, shady lanai. Inside, you’ll find an open layout, stylish, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of room to spread out. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space for prep, including a standalone kitchen island. Pull up a barstool and grab a quick bite, or sit down for a family meal at the window-front dining table. Head out to explore, or just spend the day lounging by the pool. When you return, relax in the central AC and stream the latest release on either TV. Upload the day’s pics to social media via the free WiFi, then step out for a night on the town. The day ends in any of the four well-appointed bedrooms - the perfect Estero vacation awaits - all that’s left to do is book.

This vacation rental requires completing an application with sensitive information to be submitted directly to the HOA within three days of booking.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
