  • A spacious luxury 130m² fully furnished apartment, that benefits from a stunning 107m² private roof terrace. The apartment is situated adjacent to the famous Atalaya Golf Club with its two 18 hole golf courses.

    The apartment, comprises of a master bedroom with extensive fitted wardrobes & en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has fitted wardrobes with 2 double beds & en-suite bathroom. The living/dining room has full length sliding patio doors opening out to the balcony terrace. There is also a fully fitted and equiped kitchen (with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery, coffee maker, electric grill, squeezer, toaster, kettle, etc...) & laundry room.

    It is within a very big private complex with 24 hours security guards, it has a 10.000 m² landscaped gardens, 4 swimming pools (one of them is for children with lifeguard), tennis and paddle court. All these facilities can be used for free by the tenants, in addition to the ones listed below:
