Impressive garden lovely house well equiped &decorated.Beach City Marbella only few min Nice owner

Pleasantly surprised after opening the entrance - gate! Enjoyed the inviting cosy white house -- well equiped & decorated. We were happy to find the beach, the center of Estepona , a famous horseriding - school only a few min.away! Fresh bread as well available in a supermarket nearby. We had tasty food where ever we went but had good fun to use the Barbeque closed to the house in the garden. The sunshine was our friend during all the days & the owner - couple so friendly, charming & helpful from the first day till the depature. Seriously planning to come back next year !!!

Sehr schön gelegenes Chalet in einem riesigen Garten ! Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Strand, Beachbar und Supermarkt entfernt. Dazu kommen noch sehr nette und liebe Vermieter, deshalb kommen wir ganz sicher wieder

Wunderschönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir können dieses Feriendomizil nur empfehlen. Schon im Vorfeld der Anreise wurden wir von den Vermietern ganz persönlich auf die Anreise vorbereitet. Das großzügige Grundstück und das liebevoll eingerichtet Ferienhaus haben wir in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand vorgefunden. Das eigene Zimmer mit dazugehörigem Badezimmer kam besonders gut bei unserem Teenager an. Auf der Terrasse haben wir idyllische Abende verbracht. Fazit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschönes, mit Liebe eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir können dieses Feriendomizil sehr empfehlen. Bereits im Vorfeld wurden wir durch die Vermieter sehr persönlich auf unsere Anreise vorbereitet. Das Ferienhaus und das dazugehörige großzügige Grundstück haben wir in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand vorgefunden. In der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das eigene Zimmer mit dazugehörigem Badezimmer kam besonders gut bei unserem Teenager an. Die Abende auf der Terasse waren sehr idyllisch. Fazit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons été ravis de ces 15 jours passés dans cette location très bien située, au calme, mais avec toutes les commodités à 2 minutes en voiture. La maison est bien équipée, joliment décorée avec en plus une grande terrasse qui donne sur un magnifique jardin avec plein d’arbres (orangers, citronniers, manguiers). Un plus: la TV donne accès à toutes les chaines françaises et le WIFI fonctionne parfaitement. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement agréables et soucieux que le séjour soit une réussite. Nous avons été ravis de ces 15 jours passés dans cette location La ville d'Estepona très fleurie est certainement la plus accueillante de la Costa del sol

Fijn huis in El Padron (estepona)

Hallo, We hebben met 2 echtparen ‘60+’ een prima verblijf gehad in het chalet in El Padron (Estepona) gedurende de periode eind maart, begin april 2015. De foto’s en de info op de site geven een goed beeld. De villa werd proper opgeleverd. De contacten met de eigenaren - die er naast wonen - waren heel positief. Het chalet vonden we ruimer dan op de foto’s lijkt, de living bestaat uit een ruim zitgedeelte met een grote open keuken. De hoogte tot in het puntdak doet ruimtelijk aan terwijl de inrichting ons toch een knus gevoel gaf. De keukenuitzet vonden we ruim voldoende. Eigenlijk alles is er (in voldoende mate). De grote parkachtige tuin - die geheel door bebossing en hekwerk is omzoomd - vonden we een waar genot terwijl de ruime veranda in de avond beschutting geeft. De voorzijde ligt op het zuidwesten zodat er lang zon op staat. Overigens is er zowel in de tuin als op de veranda meestal zowel zon als schaduw te vinden. Er kan worden geparkeerd op eigen terrein. Het huis is voorzien van (gratis) Wifi. Het huis ligt aan een behoorlijk slecht weggetje, dat de verbinding vormt tussen de hoofdweg A7 en een hoger gelegen buurtschap. Aan het weggetje liggen meerdere (vakantie)huizen, maar ook een wat vervallen ogend industrieterrein, waar we overigens geen last van hadden. Op enkele honderden meters liggen een grote manege en wat sportvelden. Een Aldi supermarkt is gelegen op zo’n 500 meter (de winkel kent een wat hogere standaard dan we in NL gewend zijn). Ernaast is een tankstation. Vlak voor Estepona is een grote Carrefour met een ruime keus aan food en non-food. Het chalet ligt lijnrecht op zo’n 700 meter van zee, maar om er te komen moet je een eindje om. Er is een strand van enkele honderden meters lang met helaas veel keien. Tevens zijn er een restaurantje en een hotel-restaurant. Een mooier kilometers lang strand (met brede wandelpromenade) is er in Estepona. Estepona - op zo’n drie kilometer - is een relatief rustig badplaatsje met een leuk autoluw centrum met smalle straatjes en diverse pleintjes met volop restaurantjes en barretjes. Egbert

Un séjour exceptionnel

Tout était parfait:un accueil chaleureux,une maison fraîche,décorée avec beaucoup de goût correspondant parfaitement à la description sur le site. Le jardin est splendide avec les citronniers mais aussi la bella dona qui embaume vos soirées. La plage est à 10 mn à pied (mais une voiture est i dispensable car la maison est éloignée du centre d'Estepone,ce qui assure par ailleursdes soirées calmes même en plein mois d'août!) Nous avons déjà loué dans de nombreux endroits par l'intermediare d 'homelidays mais cette fois ci nous avons été encore plus enchantés: nous avons d ailleurs réservé à nouveau pour l'été prochain:et ce sera 3 semaines et non plus 2 comme cette année!!!!

"Grande et jolie maison/chalet avec un beau jardin, décorée avec goût, bien à l''écart du passage. Bien équipée, avec une clim'' pour le salon et les 2 chambres, on peut profiter du frais à l''intérieur, de l''abri de la terrasse, de l''ombre des arbres ou du soleil du jardin. Toutes commodités à 2 pas en voiture : nous y avons passé un bon moment sans oublier le bon accueil des propriétaires, charmants."
