Beautiful Estepona

We were a little unfortunate with the weather during our stay, but the apartment is well located close to the port and Cristo beach. It’s a pleasant pedestrianised beachside walk into the town centre which has plenty of shops and restaurants.

Great stay

We had a great stay in Estepona, the accommodation was all it said it was. Great location within easy walking distance to the boardwalk and even closer to the harbour/port. The beach out front is easy to get to and very nice with fine sand and a protected swimming area. Andy was great at communicating throughout the booking process and made sure we were well set up for our arrival and stay. I would definitely recommend this property if you wish to stay in Stepona.

Great stay in a great location

Had an excellent stay in a perfect property. The property had everything we needed and was as described. The outdoor terrace was the real selling point for us and was perfect for our stay. The property was well located with amenities nearby and a lovely walk along the seafront to reach an abundance of great restaurants. Estepona was a lovely place to walk around with lots to see. Property also had underground secure parking which was great for our hire car. Will very likely be back again. Only thing that could have been a bit better was the WIFI which was fairly slow, but got good 4G & 5G reception on mobiles, so not a big issue. Overall this was great place to stay and would highly recommend

Suberb, relaxing and peaceful stay

A very beautiful apartment well located behind the magnificent marina of Estepona close to all services. The apartment is very well equipped and you will find a large and beautiful terrace to enjoy the sea air and the sun. You will find good restaurants near the marinas and the center of Estepona accessible on foot via a promenade along the ocean. Communication is very easy with Andy the owner and on site with Sue who manages the apartment and helps you with any small difficulties you may encounter.

Wonderful Apartment

Wonderful apartment. Very well equipped, and beautifully furnished. The location was perfect for the beach and the many restaurants in Estepona. We had 2 lovely meals in Le Petit Paris which we would very much reccommend. The description of the apartment was spot on and the owners very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to book this apartment again if we returned to Estepona in the future.

Great location

Lovely property in a great location. The harbour & numerous bars/restaurants within a 10 min walk, also two supermarkets at same distance The property has a sea view & large patio with dining table, sunbeds & casual seating. The communication with the owner and Sue was excellent. There was a handy and thoughtful welcome pack waiting for us on arrival. The property also has secure, private parking. Thanks to Andy & Sue for all their help in making this a great stay.

paradise found in the heart of the Costa de Sol

My husband and I enjoyed a month-long stay in this lovely property. Everything was as expected and the location was ideal. We could walk to the marina and to the old town easily, cabs were close by if we chose not to walk. The proximity to the Playa del Cristo beach couldn't have been closer. The large sunlit terrace was our favorite hangout! We would definitely rent this property again. Great communication with the owner and the caretaker. 5 stars all the way around.

Apartment in Estopona

Great apartment in an ideal location just yards from the great beach El Cristo and a short stroll to the marina and old town. Apartment was well equipped had everything you needed and the cleanliness was really good and the sun terrace was fantastic and got the sun all afternoon. Communication with owner, Sue was good and Chris showed us round the apartment and explained everything to us. The owner also left a welcome pack of all the essentials you need when you first arrive including wine which was very much appreciated and he also supplied us with information regarding the area and restaurants. We had an absolute fantastic holiday and look forward to going again in the near future.

Wonderful apartment.

Husband and I had a fabulous 10 nights stay in this apartment. On arrival, we were met by Chris who explained everything to us and made us feel very welcome, Literally everything in the apartment is catered for from the welcome goodies which included beer, wine, bread, milk, butter, water and more, to store cupboard items and all cleaning materials. Lovely comfortable beds. Very big terrace with good furniture. The beautiful Cristo beach is minutes away. The town is an easy 35 to 40 minute stroll away, lots and lots of fab places to eat. Communication with the owner Andy was very good indeed, helpful and replied to questions quickly. In a nutshell……Would I book again…..YES. Would I recommend this apartment…YES.

Month stay

The stay is in a good location, near the sea, the harbor, shops and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable in terms of layout, a great kitchen, 2 good bathrooms, 1 with shower and 1 with bath, 2 bedrooms, of which we used 1. Furthermore, a large balcony with various furniture. All windows and outside doors have roller shutters which dampens the street noise. Other supplies for the beach and other daily necessities are also available. The parking garage under the complex is spacious. However, the sofa was not comfortable and the double mattress needs to be replaced. The balcony needs to be cleaned regularly because pigeons and other birds left their droppings behind. Overall, we spent an excellent month in the apartment.

Had a lovely 5 week stay in Estepona. Check in easy, met with Chris who showed us around the apartment. Lovely apartment close to Marina with many restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Historic quarter within easy walking distance. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Terrace is beautiful with views over the sea. A lovely apartment and a lovely town!

We were met by Sue and she introduced us to this lovely apartment, where we spent 3 wonderful weeks in Estepona. The apartment provided everything we needed : A wonderful view from a great terrace, a very well equipped kitchen to cook our meals, nice bedrooms for a good nights sleep and spotless bathrooms. Only a short walk from the Marina, where you can enjoy meals, drinks and another wonderful view. The old town only a healthy walk away. We fell quite in love with Estepona old town. We can highly recommend this apartment and this town. Best regards Torben & Else, Denmark.

Lovely apartment in wonderful Estepona

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Marina Bay. The apartment was very nice and in a great location. There is a great choice of restaurants and supermarkets nearby and the beach is beautiful. The only things we weren’t happy about were the air conditioning unit (which is on its last legs and took up to an hour in the evening to work properly after lots of attempts) and we were disappointed with the pool which doesn’t get the sun on it properly until 1pm. We have two young children who had hoped to be in the pool all day but unfortunately that wasn’t possible as it was far too cold.

Great apartment, clean and comfortable

We couldn’t fault the apartment, and was as described. Communication was smooth and easy, we were met by Chris on arrival who showed us to our parking spot in the garage and explained how everything worked in the apartment. It was very clean, comfortable beds, good and quiet air conditioning, plenty of kitchen equipment, basic condiments, and with cleaning supplies left for us to use in the week. We appreciated the provisions for our arrival so we didn’t need to rush out to the shops, including bread, water, wine! Thank you. The terrace with sea view we spent lots of time on, larger than expected, fully furnished, with the added bonus of beach chairs and umbrellas which we borrowed when heading to the beach, literally 2 mins walk from the back of the property. Easy 5 min walk to the harbour, restaurants and Sunday market and about 15/20 mins walk into the centre of Estapona along the seafront promenade. Many thanks, we had a wonderful holiday.

Marina Bay: The Development was ideally situated and very well maintained and easy access to thepool

We have just returned after having two glorious months in Estepona😃👍 the apartment was perfect,very well equipped,spacious with a massive terrace giving you fantastic sea views including Gibraltar in the distance, The position of Marina bay could not be better it took us no more than 3 minutes to reach the beach with 2 excellent restaurants, we were 5 minutes walking distance to supermarkets and the port where we spent most days trying out the multitude of numerous restaurants and exploring the Sunday market. In short we had a fantastic stay and would have no hesitation in returning.We met the owners on a couple of occasions who are charming and could not have more obliging if we needed assistance .with anything.

Great place

Apartment was everything the listing said it would be amenities were correct and location was correctly described the sun came round onto the balcony at about 1.30 pm which was great as it gave you time to do other things like going to the beach or going to town in the morning Estapona its self was a revelation something different round every corner there was a festival while we were ther celebrating the different hams from the region its also a very colourful and traditional spanish town.The marina which is close by has plenty of bars, eating places and supermarkets The only cloud on the horizon which was out of the control of the owner was work on the nextdoor Apartment which was very loud and spoilt the last two days of our stay

Great stay

An excellent apartment with one or two small problems. Communication with manager very good. Description accurate although the swimming pool was closed despite being told that it would be open. Excellent kitchen provision and very nice welcome pack including wine and beer! One small problem was towards the end of our stay we became aware of an unpleasant odour in the second shower room smelling like a drain. This was rapidly dealt with but recurred by the following day. This should be sorted as we suspect that it might be a recurrent problem

Great property obviously looked after and the owners are proud to own it. (I don't blame them )

We stayed for 1 week, great apartment very well equipt. The sun terrace is fantastic great views across the bay. The area is great only a short walk to beach, marina and two supermarkets, pharmacy etc. Also visited both markets very interesting. The old town of Estepona is a very busy place with streets running up and down - all of which have a great display of flowers, shrubs etc. Andy the owner was very swift to come and help us out when we had a problem. It was nice to know that he was on hand. All in all a very welcoming apartment and surrounding area. Maureen and Mick

Great Apartment, Great Location!

Great apartment, very clean and comfortable, with everything you need available and fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, which is often sadly lacking in other rental apartments. Welcome pack was a very nice touch. Great position for port area and town. We didn’t really use the beach as the sea was cold (August) and lots of seaweed and some scum at waters edge, but the pool was warm and pool area was beautifully kept and we swam and chilled there every day at least once. I am a light sleeper and there was some disturbance from traffic noise during the night in the master bedroom, but family in the twin bedroom were not disturbed at all. A lovely comfortable apartment in a great location in which to relax and take refuge from the August heat, and we would definitely come again.
