Prepared for 5 people. You can walk to anywhere in town without having to take the car, allowing you to enjoy its many terraces, restaurants, pedestrian streets, beaches and entertainment venues just taking a walk.

Muy caro para lo que ofrece

Las fotos reflejan poco lo que en realidad es, a la casa le hace falta un lavado de cara importante y una limpieza en profundidad tampoco la vendría mal, La Cocina estaba llena de grasa tuvimos que fregar todos los cacharros ya que te quedabas pegado, la nevera en las mismas condiciones, barriendo el salón nos encontramos pañuelos usados que no eran nuestros, detrás de los cojines de los sofás hay un ecosistema aparte de Estepona, la calle de la vivienda es muy muy ruidosa las ventanas del piso no amortiguaban el ruido del intenso tráfico existente. Como punto bueno las sabanas y las toallas si estaban limpias, la ubicación está bien, no está lejos de la playa y tiene un Mercadona justo enfrente aún así yo no repetiré.

Fabuloso

El piso está muy bien situado, es muy fresco y tranquilo. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones. Está muy limpio y es muy cómodo. Nos ayudaron en todo momento con lo que necesitamos con muchísima amabilidad y nos facilitaron una cuna fantástica para el bebé. Se lo recomiendo a todas las personas que quieran pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas en Estepona.

Totalmente recomendable

Excelente relación calidad-precio: apartamento en el casco urbano con un supermercado al otro lado de una calle con la que hace esquina, y en la otra un hermoso parque con un orquidiario. El piso es cómodo y amplio con tres habitaciones, aunque las dos interiores que dan al patio de luces tienen poca corriente de aire y sería aconsejable que dispusieran de un ventilador. La cocina está muy bien equipada y en el menaje casero hay hasta plancha con tabla. Tanto en el baño como el el aseo se puede disponer de una ducha tras la vuelta de la playa. El salón cuenta con dos sofás grandes y cómodos, televisión y aire acondicionado, que para mí era casi indispensable pero que, una vez allí, comprobé que casi no lo llegamos a utilizar porque es una estancia fresca por la corriente de aire con la cocina; además tiene terraza con toldo y buena orientación para no recibir el sol de frente. El edificio cuenta con plaza de garaje y piscina comunitaria, aunque ésta última es pequeña y no tiene espacio de césped alrededor.A dos pasos del centro del casco urbano y de la playa (tranquila, vigilada y sin aglomeraciones, aunque con escalón y oleaje en los días en que estuvimos: es recomendable acercarse en coche hasta la playa de La Escollera a hartarse de coger conchas con los chavales). Hay suficiente restauración en la zona (buenas frituras de pescado) por la C/. Terraza (la ruta habitual que te dirige al centro de Estepona y a la playa. Por cierto, Estepona, para los que no lo conozcan, a pesar de su caracter costero, conserva en su casco el tipismo andaluz y marinero que otras localidades han perdido. Es una delicia recorrer las calles engalanadas de macetas en las fachadas y de casas rurales con ventanas enrejadas a un paso del ambiente de bullicio comercial y turístico. La relación tanto con el propietario como con su hermana ha sido muy satisfactoria y útil y la comunicación con el primero, rápida, seria y efectiva. Definitivamente ha sido una visita muy satisfactoria por nuestra parte y no descartamos volver a realizarla.
