"This property is so amazing. The staff was fantastic. Thanks to Thais and Barbara for their service at the front desk. They were outstanding. Our housekeeper was also quite helpful and provided excellent service. Our room in the new section was large and very comfortable. Big spacious shower with separate water closet. Loved it. The hotel should invest in changing the carpet on the second floor hallway. Just getting off the elevator, the carpet is badly soiled and dated. The breakfast was fantastic. "

"From check-in to airport drop-off, TOP NOTCH = all 5 stars!! From the front desk staff at check-in, she helped to connect with rental car and even came to the car rental location with the van driver; just to make sure that everything went smoothly. Now, its 2025, who does that ?!?! Apparently, she did! Not even any of the world-wide Marriott hotels that I have stayed at had come anywhere close. She add ua to the 5am airport shuttle ride. We ate there. If my 8-yo family pasta connoisseur approved her pasta dish, and the salmon was also excellent. The staff were kind and super helpful. The room was clean, roomy & everything worked!! Right at 5am, a nice young man came to greet us at the lonby and helped us with our bags and drove us to airport for our 7am flight. Couldnt have been more nice. This is totally opposite of any services or food from the hotel that we had to booked at last minute due to delays which led to missed connections… got in very late night - we will be back!called PARK something hotel next to airport. Next time back in Porto. This is our place for certain!! Thank you’"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Hoilday Inn Portugal Braga the staff was so welcoming polite and accommodating the hotel the were spotlessly clean vert good amenities breakfast was very nice also there lunches try their prawns in galic sauce AMAZING Sauna and strean rooms immaculate clean also changing room lovely swimming pool sun loungers hole erea was spacious and clean very relaxing I had a fantastic stay at the HOILDAY INN THANKYOU DAWN LEWIS"

"Large car park, easy parking. Nice outdoor pool. Good room and very quiet. Breakfast was served early and was excellent. The dinner buffet was also excellent. Our only complaint was that the room was not ready when we checked in at 2.30pm as the windows were being cleaned. The area felt safe and the seafront was only a 20 min walk away. Lots of supermarket options nearby. Airport only 10 mins drive away, Perfect! "

"Great little hotel. Superbly placed for exploring Matosinhos or the tram goes past the hotel for easily exploring further afield. Easy transfer from the airport. Friendly and helpful staff, decent buffet breakfast with a good selection, comfy and quiet room with working aircon. Little fridge in room was useful and there is a Pingo Doce supermarket 180metres away open 0800 to 2100 everyday. Lovely beaches. Lots of great places to eat (particularly recommend Sushisia). Will come back."
