"Beautiful place. Friendly staff. Great places to eat. Infinity pool was gorgeous. Only issues were air conditioning wasnt working well throughout the hotel and the beach is public, not Westin. "After sitting on the plane on the tarmac for nearly three hours, our St Thomas - Miami American Airlines flight was canceled late last night. The majority of passengers on the full flight were scrambling to find accommodation and luckily we managed to get a booking at the Pink Palm Hotel in Charlotte Amalie’s historical district. "10/10 experience, we were hesitant with a lot of negativity surrounding st Thomas online but gave it a shot. It was quiet and super relaxing. We are use to taking our three kids with us to Mexico so this was our first get away without them in years. The room was clean, well air conditioned, and even with the wall power issues the resort was able to generate power and keep things running perfectly. We will be back!"
