"I like the colation, literally steps from the airport, amazing views to the ocean and they have great coffee available and free in the lobby. I don’t like that there’s still opportunity to improbe the cleaning. The tv only have 4 channels and it was impossible to connect it to the wifi"

"Wish they had a hot tub. Place is seriously lacking on the hot tubs. Hot tub shortage at this place. I have made a list on my top 30 recommendations for the resort. 1. I wish there was a hot tub here 2. Would be perfect if they had a hot tub 3. They really should’ve added a hot tub 4. A hot tub would make this place elite 5. Missing one thing—a hot tub 6. This spot needs a hot tub ASAP 7. Imagine this place with a hot tub 8. A hot tub would take this to the next level 9. Only thing it’s lacking is a hot tub 10. "The staff is the shining star of Emerald Resort. The resort is in need of updating, it has a great location and all the rooms face the beach but it is rundown. Which gives off as not being clean. At breakfast one of my travel companions' breakfast came with butter packets and one of the butter packets had already been used. Plus the sugar bowl had empty packets in it and the jelly packets had food smeared on the bottom which says they reuse them for other guests."

"The staff was not friendly at all and the air conditioning to the room was broken. Unbeknownst to me, my room had been switched to another room and I was yelled at by housekeeping to leave immediately. When I went downstairs to inquire they told me I needed to pay the difference for the room and they had no record of me being on the premises. Had it not been for the fact that I was barely at the hotel, I would have left that first day. "

"If my review was solely on the view and the staff it would be a perfect review However the rooms and property need maintenance the sliding glass doors need roller replacement little hot water The pool was great and we were treated to a barbecue The on-site restaurant has excellent food and dining choices we had dinner there enjoyed the seafood soup the shrimp tarts and jerk chicken pasta Also included in stay was breakfast which was very hearty eggs potato’s and bacon However no where to get coffee before 8 am and no coffee in room and restaurant hours not posted Also shows on Expedia short walk to the castle etc it is not walkable anywhere You need to take taxis But the views were amazing"

"The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa."
