"The location was great being by the little shops and right across the water for a perfect sunset view. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. There was ice available and they provided a few snacks and a couple of waters which was a nice touch. It was a pleasant surprise that they came in and refreshed the towels for the day also."

"Communicating with the host was very easy and they always responded within 24 hours. The checkin process was simple and contactless, very helpful clear instructions with pictures that made it very easy. The only reason I gave this facility 4 stars on location was because it is not "on the beach" if that is what you are looking for. "There was no breakfast scheduled. They did not offer an explanation. They hosted a prom on Saturday evening and the guests were basically ignored during the evening and morning after. The food was not appetizing!! The rooms were clean, however, we realized that the sliding door would not lock. Maintenance came to take a look nonchalantly and left without a solution. There was no security latch on the front door as well. We packed up to leave and was offered another room. That room was freezing at 16C, and there was no way to adjust it. The internet was down most of the stay. Needless to say we clocked out around 9 o’clock instead of 11 o’clock. They were busy cleaning up from the previous night. No apology was given."
