"This property is beautiful! We had a few hiccups with a few things but overall a great stay. The properly manage was very responsive on text and the house is well stocked. You definitely need a four wheel drive vehicle here. We had an AWD vehicle for the first few days and had to change (due to the rental car company) and got a 4x4 and it was so much easier. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Hale Lani exceeded our expectations. The communication with Dave and Julie was timely and easy. The villa was beautiful and had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable for our party of six. The sunset view was spectacular and we caught it every night except for the one night we enjoyed it at The Windmill Bar. The location was perfect & the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Every single one of us said this was our favorite vacation thus far and we can’t wait to go back. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!"

"Our stay was amazing and David, Julie, and Kelley were great to work with. The last day the water went out and David was there within 30 minutes to fix it. Kelley greeted us at Cruz Bay and even helped us transport our luggage to the house. She also set up a day trip to the BVIs which was amazing.This house was perfect for our group of 13 people. It’s spread out perfectly for everyone to enjoy family time along with quiet time when needed."

"This house was all around amazing. Henry met us at the ferry doc, collected our luggage, showed us to the rental car company, and escorted us to the house. It was such an incredible first impression and made the logistics so so easy. The house itself is in an amazing location and is stunning. Having 4 rooms each with a king bed was perfect for our family. Some of the rooms have their own private entrance which we loved - felt like we had our own private space and weren’t on top of each other. The house is incredibly well stocked with everything you need to cook at home including extras you wouldn’t expect like a ton of spices/seasonings. Most houses on the island only have AC in the bedrooms so having it in the common spaces as well was amazing and allowed us to spend more time together in the living/dining room playing games and hanging out as a family. The house, pool and views were so amazing we actually spent multiple days just hanging there taking it all in and enjoying the amazing space. We have been to St. John multiple times and this was by far our favorite villa. This house could not have been a better set up for our family get away (that included a 5-year old and 7-month old). Henry is a wonderful host and the house is amazing. Could not recommend more!"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Blue Dolphin. The owners were lovely, very responsive, and clearly put a lot of thought into the design of the house. The house itself is located on Cruz Bay with gorgeous sunset views from the pool deck, a well-stocked kitchen, beautiful indoor and outdoor common areas, and spacious bedrooms. The property manager was very accommodating, he coordinated with a rental company we hired to have a crib set up before our arrival, met us from the ferry to show us how to get to the house, and immediately addressed a few small issues with the house.This was our first trip to St. John and we absolutely loved it - beautiful beaches with crystal-clear, calm, shallow waters, easily accessible snorkeling, interesting hikes, and abundant wildlife. If you’re thinking about booking this trip and this house do it! "

"This property was amazing! The view will take your breath away and the secluded nature of the property will make you feel like you're the only person on earth. Having the 2 separate rooms was perfect with our teen, and the outdoor kitchen and showers were a fun touch. We enjoyed the little lizards and hermit crabs that visited once in a while:)Communication with both the owner and property manager was quick and easy. The entire property was spotless and well appointed with everything we could need.But it's really all about the view and the pool! Every time I walked down those stairs to the pool I felt like a millionaire! We would absolutely stay here again."
