"Paid twice, stayed once, won’t be returning. Power was cut to half the building, it was back on when we returned, but if you’re running a hotel/motel/hostal, you should probably have a backup generator in case of an emergency. Nothing about this place makes me want to come back, I don’t write a lot of reviews for how much I travel, so I only leave a review when things are either terrible, or great."

"The staff was friendly, and parking was easy with parking in front of the hotel and behind a secured gate. Breakfast every morning was good, fresh fruits, cheese, meats, bread for toast and the staff made scrambled eggs for me each morning. I did not use the pool but looked clean. The room was also very clean and room service made the room each day. Would recommend. It is a little further out from the downtown area but a short drive to the Mall and into the Downtown area."

"Booked this hotel as it was close to Airport. Our flight was at 7.45 am and hotel couldn’t arrange a taxi until 7am which was an issue. We had to phone and find a taxi that would,which was difficult as we speak very little Spanish."
