Holiday Inn Norwich by IHG
The outside was not very clean. There were cigarette butts all over the place and somebody spilled something sticky right by the door and it was not cleaned up in two days.

The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was that the heat was wildly inconsistent: in the small bedroom it was very hot, and the kitchen/living room, cool, and in the master bedroom, frigid. ...
