We’re really happy with this Hotel!! Clean, Comfortable, Good Service, Cosy, Good connection to city centre (5 min walking to subway and within a few minutes you’re already at the city centre). Super!!!

First trip to Europe, so don't have good comparisons. Very nice room. Just spent 1 night with a late arrival, so never met any staff. An elevator would have been nice, but that seems to be common in Europe.

They never cleaned my room for 4 nights The receptionist doesn’t speak English and is always unavailable I asked them to clean my room several times I even hanged the sign of plz clean room and nothing was done Told the receptionist and nothing was done Didn’t have towels changed I had to buy a fresh one. The breakfast room was closed Elevator not working Total disaster will never ever repeat Plus do not list on Expedia you are risking your reputation with such a place.

Wir (drei Männer), waren jetzt zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel, da wir an der Motorshow waren, und ich spreche jetzt für uns alle. Unsere Ankunft verlief völlig normal und problemlos. Wir wurden wie in jedem anderen Hotel dieser Art begrüßt und bekamen unsere Karten, es wurde alles erklärt wie man das Situationsbedingt erwartet (Zugang Nachts usw.). Die Zimmer waren absolut in Ordnung! Sie waren sehr sauber, alles war an seinem Platz wie man es erwarten würde. Klar, die Toilettepapierhalter waren locker. Aber das ist wohl einfach dem relativ kleinen Bad geschuldet, da man da als etwas groß gewachsener Mensch einfach mit den Knien dagegenstösst. Die Betten waren bequem und die Bettwäsche/Kopfkissen waren frisch gewaschen und auch sehr sauber (und glaubt mir, ich bin ein sehr reinlicher Mensch!). Wir hatten überhaupt keine Probleme mit irgendetwas! Es hat einfach alles funktioniert wie man das eben erwarten würde. Natürlich ist es kein 5 Sterne Hotel, dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Aber für einen kurzen oder etwas längeren Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend! Das einzige was schade war, war das es kein Frühstück gab, obwohl es einen Raum dafür gab (war abgeschlossen). Aber Hey, 7Min. fussläufig gibt es diverse Bäcker (z.B.Copenhagen Coffee Lab), welcher guten Kaffee und sehr leckere belegte Brötchen hat. Also wenn man nicht ganz so verwöhnt ist, stellt auch dies überhaupt kein Problem dar! Falls wir wieder mal dahin gehen sollten, wissen wir wo wir nächtigen. Immer gerne wieder

Umgebung sehr unsauber, als Betreiber eines Hotels sollte man für einen gepflegten Zustand sorgen. Der Gast wird gleich von Abfall empfangen. Was mich wundert ist, dass keinerlei Personal vor Ort ist. Im Duschbad sehr klein sind Rollenhalter und Handtuchhalter lose, nur sehr vorsichtig zu benutzen. Parken sehr eingeschränkt, zeitaufwendig

Gut das es einen Herd .Eine Mikrowelle und einen riesen Kühlschrank gibt. Aber soll ich von zu Hause Töpfe Geschirr und Besteck mitbringen? Spülschwamm und Spüli war da. Der Aufzug defekt. Trotz Fenster zu sehr laut. Warum bucht man wohl ein Zimmer mit Küche? Jaaaaa genau zum Kochen. Nirgendwo ein Hinweis... Dusche sehr sehr klein.

Finger weg!

Habe das Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht mit angeblichen 20m² . Das Zimmer war winzig, etwa12m² und entsprach ABSOLUT NICHT den Bildern . Rezeption war unbesetzt. Der late Check-in hat wenigstens problemlos geklappt (standen ewig im Weihnachtsstau) aber das Zimmer war einfach BETRUG. Meine erste Beschwerde- übernachte seit 7 Monaten 2 bis 3 Nächte PRO WOCHE in Hotels. Diese Situation hatte ich noch nicht. KEINE EMPFEHLUNG

prima hotel, ruime kamer en nette maar echt kleine krappe badkamer. Voorkant: verkeers- en straat lawaai maar met raak dicht stil. Geen ventilatie of airco. Alles nog best recent gerenoveerd en prettige stijl. Vloer van kamer redelijk schoon (niet super), fijne handdoeken.

Das zimmer war gemütlich fr allein reisende ausreichend . Leider keine frühstücksmöglichkeit. Kein Möglichkeit im hotel mal einen kaffee oder ähnliches zu bekommen . Bäcker in der umgebung machen erst um 7 uhr auf . Ausser der an der uniklinik . Sonst war alles sehr sauber.
