The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all amenities needed for your stay. Ideal location only 5 min taxi or 20 min walk to the train station

Die gebuchte Leistung war unzumutbar und wich erheblich von der Beschreibung bei Expedia ab. Vor Ort kam es zu folgenden Mängeln: Extreme Lärmbelästigung durch Lüftung, die so laut war das wir die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen konnten. Vor Ort bei Abreise haben wir heute Morgen dieses Problem geschildert und es wurde so getan als könnte man uns nicht verstehen. Diese Mängel machten die Nutzung der Unterkunft/Dienstleistung faktisch unmöglich und sind in dieser Form nicht akzeptabel. Das Hotel würde ich definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen!

orribile!! ci hanno cancellato la prenotazione e siamo rimasti fuori dall'hotel alle due di notte e dover cercare altro dopo una giornata di lavoro... attenti che cancellano le prenotazioni dal nulla se arrivate in ritardo di poco... dicono che e aperta h 24 la reception invece chiude alle 22

Erst wird man nicht reingelassen, muss den Betreiber anrufen damit man rein kann. Dann hat es überall nach Rauch gestunken , wir haben kein zwei Bett Zimmer bekommen wie gewünscht. An sich kann man nichts gegen die Sauberkeit sagen. Frühstück ist eig von 7-11Uhr wir hatten dann gefragt wann man Frühstücken kann, dann meinte sie erst frühestens um8Uhr aber wir mussten früher los also haben wir dann 7.30 ausgemacht obwohl offiziell eig 7Uhr war. Alles klar, das Frühstück für 12€ pro Person war ein schlechter Scherz, 4 Aufbackbrötchen, billig Käse und Wurst . Da bekommt man in jedem Ibishotel einfach bisschen mehr. Nur zum Übernachten geeignet!

Muffig, kalt und unschön!

Das Hotel und das Zimmer roch muffig. Es war kein Schimmel zu sehen, aber der Geruch hängt im Gemäuer. Badezimmer im Hotel hat keine Heizung! Das ist im Winter doch wohl zu kalt!! Zimmer mit Aussicht : Mülltonnen direkt vorm Fenter im Erdgeschoß.

Ankunft bzw Check in war unkompliziert und freundlich. Leider haben wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen, sodass wir keinen Tisch als essmöglichkeit hatten und die Couch war nicht vorhanden. Anstatt der zwei einzelbetten gab es ein Doppelbett- aber das fanden die Kinder nicht so schlimm. Die Bettdecken waren nicht bezogen, nachdem wir Bezüge erhielten haben wir die Bettdecken selbst bezogen. Alles in allem war es ok, aber es ist noch sehr viel Luft nach oben...
