In Bochum-Eppendorf, border district Weitmar, is very pleasant, but very central residential area, our accommodation "Small home". For the family with two small children, max. three adults, or the single traveler offering the bedroom with its comfortable double bed plus sofa enough space for lunch or sleep. In the kitchen, relax with TV, Internet or just with some music. The bathroom with modern rain shower, wall-hung toilet and daylight, invites any time for a refreshing swim.

Or rather enjoy a lot of fresh air in green and colorful nature? No problem, the garden offers space to relax ...

Children up to 2 years are free of charge.

Dogs are welcome - we charge 5 € per night per dog.

The nearest beer garden with restaurant is 100 meters away.

We wholeheartedly and convincingly recommend The Restoration "To the Wonderwork", a quarter of an hour's walk, three by bike od. Car, dine in extremely cozy environment with beer garden and excellent cuisine at reasonable prices.
Of course, in Bochum is the Bermuda Triangle is a MUST !!!. From our house in about 10 min. To reach by public transport ...

Very nice living room and bedroom. The bathroom was nice but not wow. Every thing was very clean and beds that were hard enough. Parking is in front of the house.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Bochum und Umgebung. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen und zu erleben. Tipp der Vermieterin: Drehen Sie die Kühlschranktür um. Das geht ganz einfach. Jede Kühlschranktür lässt sich auf zwei Arten sichern.

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist einwandfrei, super nett immer zuvorkommend.Man fühlt sich einfach wirklich wie zu Hause.Einfach eine schöne warme Atmosphäre und ich würde sie immer wieder gerne aufsuchen.Bei den Gastgebern spürt man einfach eine herzliche Wärme die seines gleichen sucht. Die Wohnung hat gute Anbindung ins Zentrum mit dem Bus direkt in 10 min Einkauf Möglichkeiten in Bochum Weitmar-Mitte, Rewe, Rossmann, etc.In die Innenstadt mit dem Bus oder über Weitmar-Mitte und dann mit einer Stranbahn auch kein Problem.Nicht weit von der Wohnung befindet sich das Schlosspark der in 40min zu Fuß erreichbar ist und super zu spazieren gehen geeignet ist.FazitDiese Ferienwohnung immer wieder gerne

Ein perfektes Zuhause für den Urlaub

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von Monika und Thomas und natürlich Mali begrüßt. Die Wohnung "Kleines Zuhause" verdient ihren Namen wirklich. Für die 1. Zeit war der Kühlschrank mit Butter, Eiern, etwas Käse und Wurst und Getränken gefüllt. Auch ein Obstteller stand für uns bereit :)) Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem und die Matratze ist auch gut, ich hatte keine Probleme mit der Bandscheibe. Alles war sauber und genug Handtücher, auch zum Wechseln waren vorhanden. Das Kleine Zuhause liegt sehr zentral in einem StadtteilvonBochum, man braucht meistens zwischen 10 Minuten und 1/2 Stunde um seine Ziele mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch mit dem Bus und der Straßenbahn kommt man bequem überall hin.Auch das Musical STARLIGHT EXPRESS kann man vom Kleinen Zuhause aus perfekt erreichen Nochmal ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an unsere lieben Gastgeber Monika und Thomas für ein tolle Woche in Bochum (.)

Rundum zufrieden

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt von drei Nächten in dieser sehr sauberen und liebevoll eingerichteten Unterkunft. Es war an alles gedacht – sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit und etwas Verpflegung erwarteten uns. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich, hilfsbereit und antworteten stets schnell und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist ideal, nur etwa 15 Minuten vom Starlight Express entfernt – perfekt für einen Musicalbesuch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Danke Monika und Thomas.

Liebevoll vorbereitete FeWo

Wir waren sehr gerne dort! Der Check-in war problemlos, wir wurden herzlich empfangen, in die FeWo geleitet und es wurde uns alles erklärt. Wir fanden Grundnahrungsmittel und Getränke im Kühlschrank vor, ebenso einen Willkommenssnack für unseren Hund. Die FeWo ist liebevoll und sehr persönlich eingerichtet und hält alles vor, was man braucht. Einzelheiten erspare ich mir. Müllentsorgung etc. überhaupt kein Problem. Alles war sehr sauber, keine "Tierrückstände" irgendwo. Parkplatz an der Straße kein Problem, der Weg zum Zentrum recht kurz. Preis-Leistung hervorragend.

Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert

Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Parken ist kein Problem und nachts ist es ruhig. Die Grundausstattung mit Brot, Butter, Obst, Eiern, Biokäse und -Wurst, sowie je eine Flasche Bier und Wasser ist eine ausgesprochen nette Geste. Das Quartier kann ich nur empfehlen.

Kleines Zuhause Bochum

Super schöne Unterkunft und sehr nette Vermieter. Wir waren zur Westfalen Halle zur Hundeausstellung mit unseren 4 Collies, die Unterkunft war ideal und nur 25 Minuten von der Halle entfernt. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Eine tolle und sehr schöne Unterkunft.
