  • Quiet and centrally located, only 5 kilometers from the Centro our accommodation with 70 square meters in a 5 family house on the ground floor. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. 2 bedrooms, living room used as a bedroom. Wi-Fi, satellite TV for free. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven and a microwave. Dishwasher and washing machine available for free.

Sauber hochwertige Betten Diskret aber etwas laut

Wir waren 5 Wochen da. Die Asiatischen Gastgeber sind sauber und höflich diskret!, Besonders das haben wir sehr genossen, das findet man bei Deutschen kaum! Gut Oberhausen an einer Hauptstr. Da ist oft auch lauter, aber die recht guten Fenster und die Rolladen, halfen viel. Wir hätten noch länger gebucht, aber es war schon vergeben. Wir haben es gut insgesamt getroffen dort!

Eine Wohnung mit viel Platz

Eine geräumige, gut gepflegte einfache Wohnung. Sie liegt in Fußgängerentfernung zum Zentrum Oberhausen, Parkplätze genügend vorhanden. Die Küche ist weitgehend gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nur an kleinen Dingen wie Salatschüssel, Gemüsemesser, Weingläsern.

Keine Lieblingswohnung

Auf den Fotos wirkt die Wohnung ganz nett. Küche und Bad sind okay. Die Essgruppe ist ungemütlich und wirkt SEHR preiswert. Eine Sitzbank war sehr wackelig. Die Betten sind hart. Die 3 Betten im Kinderschlafzimmer wirkten instabil. Im Bad und in der Küche war ein Teil der Beleuchtung defekt und dass, wo die Deckenlampen eh nicht sehr viel Licht liefern. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster im Elternschlafzimmer ist schwierig, da dieses im Erdgeschoss direkt an einer gut befahrenen Strasse liegt. Am Wochenende wurden in der Nähe offensichtlich private Autorennen veranstaltet. Dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts. Aber das sollte man mit einrechnen.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. Kommunikation mit Vermieter freundlich und komplikationslos. Lidl direkt um die Ecke. 10 min zu Fuss ist die Innenstadt ein Einkaufszentrum oder andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Ein wenig mehr Küchenutensilien und ein Mülltrennsystem wären wünschenswert gewesen. Insgesamt ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis super. Gerne wieder.

Super Unterkunft für Messebesuche

Eine sehr gute Unterkunft für Messebesuche mit guter Busanbindung fast direkt vor dem Haus. Verschiedene kleine Restaurants für den abendlichen Snack sind auch um die Ecke sowie ein Lidl für den gelegentlichen Lebensmitteleinkauf. Wohung war sehr sauber und praktikabel eingerichtet. Gastgeber waren sehr nett.
