The accommodation:
This 49 m² city apartment with a balcony is located on the 4th floor (accessible by lift) and is divided into the following areas:

Living area:
The living area features a sofa and two armchairs.
A smart TV and Wi-Fi are also available.
Two single beds, each measuring 0.90 m x 2.00 m, and nightstands.

Blackout curtains are installed throughout the apartment, ensuring a dark environment for sleeping.

Bedroom:
The bedroom features a large bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m, which can also be separated into two single beds.
A clothes rack and nightstands

Work area:
The apartment has a desk with a chair and a lamp in the bedroom for quiet work.

Kitchen:
The kitchen-dining area features a table with ample space for dining.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a refrigerator with a freezer.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a magnifying mirror, and a hair dryer is also available.

Small balcony:
The small balcony has a table with two stools.
!! Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!!

One set of towels and bed linens per person per stay.

Shampoo, shower gel, soap, and disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste are also provided.

Basic kitchen supplies:
Dish soap, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, coffee capsules, tea, sugar, and powdered milk for the first few days.
