Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, a 3-minute drive will take you to Carrefour for quick shopping. Alternatively, accessible taxis from the main road offer a flat rate of 1$ to reach the medina, or you can enjoy a scenic 30-minute walk via the beach.

Moreover, within an 11-minute walk, you'll find fantastic dining options like Beach and Friends and Ocean Vagabond, offering diverse culinary experiences.

The space
You will have the whole villa at your disposal.
The expansive ground floor features two inviting living rooms, a cozy fireplace area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. Additionally, a flexible bedroom with convertible sofas caters to various accommodation needs.

On the first floor, you'll discover a spacious suite adorned with a balcony, private bathroom, and toilet—a perfect serene retreat. Another bedroom with its own balcony and a third bedroom furnished with two single beds that we can associate and convert to a double bed. An additional bathroom on this level adds to the convenience.

Please note that our villa provides a spacious driveway nestled within the garden, accommodating up to three vehicles comfortably. Moreover, ample parking space is readily available just outside the villa premises for added convenience.
