What an amazing Hotel with Old world Moroccan charm. All the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help. Was given a choice of rooms at check in. Nice Breakfast in the morning.

La chambre était propre, le premier jour jour, il manquait les gels douche. Aucune connexion internet pendant les 3 jours de notre séjour. Nous avions contacté l'établissement pour venir nous chercher à l'aéroport mais n'ayant pas de connexion, ils ont vu notre message trop tard.

Le Riad est magnifique, le personnel est agréable, le petit déjeuner est très correcte. 8/10 simplement parce que l’entretien global est insuffisant. C’est très dommage, parce qu’un petit effort pourrait rendre cet hôtel remarquable.

Hotellet er meget flott og hyggelig stab. MEN - det var noen store mangler. For det første var internettet elendig. At det går an, er helt utrolig. Med eget sim-kort fungerte nettet flott. Men hotellets nett var helt grusomt. Videre var det en maskinlyd som duret og duret. Vet ikke hvor den kom fra, men det var fra selve hotellet. Lyden gjorde det meget vanskelig å sove. Noe slikt har jeg aldri opplevd noe annet sted. (Har minst 50 reisedøgn i året og bor på hotell over hele verden). I tillegg var det meget kaldt på rommene. Det fantes ingen mulighet for noe oppvarming. Hvis det er overskyet sent på året, så er det ikke noe varmere inne på rommet enn utenfor. Tipper det var 10 grader inne på rommet om natta. Derfor kommer jeg ikke til å velge dette hotellet på nytt i Essauouria. Ikke uten at alle feilene er utbedret. Det finnes mange gode hoteller, og det viktigste er å få en god natts søvn. Likevel vil jeg understreke at Riad Al Madina har en flott bygning, trivelige folk som jobber der og flott beliggenhet. Men feilene ødelegger det hele.

Hôtel super, environnement bruyant

Nous sommes accueillis par un thé a l'arrivée. Il n'y a pas de parking à proximité, il faut en payer un et trouver l'hôtel dans la médina. Le lieu est magnifique, le personnel accueillant. Mais c'est un lieu extrêmement bruyant, même a l'intérieur, même la nuit : tout le temps.

El alojamiento bonito, tiene un restaurante donde se come muy bien y a buen precio, y dispone de habitaciones sencillas pero prácticas. Pero la limpieza de la habitación daba que desear. Las sabanas y toallas no se pasaban por lejía, estaban manchadas. No se barría o fregaba bajo la cama y la cantidad de polvo y pelusas que tenia el cabezal de la cama era de no haberlo limpiado en años. Si se centraran en la limpieza de las habitaciones el alojamiento mejoraría mucho.
