"We had a group of five staying here, and it was great to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our messages and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely look to book this house again, as it worked very well for our larger group and was conveniently located near the Barrie Ice Arena. Everyone had a great stay!"

"Conveniently close to hwy, spacious but ad does not match the property. Cleanliness was not to expectations, bath towels were not fresh, amenities weren't all there (something as simple as garbage bags and dish towels) responsiveness was slow although friendly. It has such great potential if improvements are made."

"We were not allowed in to the apartment due to a plumbing issue. A plumber was coming but we were not contacted when the problem was fixed. We found other accommodation so we could get to the show we were in town for. All attempts to reach the host were ignored. It has taken 10 days and 5 Vrbo agents to hopefully get a refund.This has left a very negative experience for using vrbo. "Clean. As described. Perfect for what we needed.There were people outside at neighboring houses in the evening (not loud just enjoying the evening). You could not hear them inside.Know that there is one set of steps to get to the main floor and another set of steps to get to the bedroom level. Great for most people but it would be hard for some.We would stay again."

"Very cute house, surrounded by a few other rental properties.Lots of cooking supplies and the grill was very clean. There wasn’t an actual oven, but the rental does come with a stovetop, microwave and air fryer.Our host was very nice and responsive, will definitely come back again."
