"Pros: The hosts are so wonderful and friendly and made us feel very welcome! The house is big and open planned. The swimming pool is clean and big. Great to have a petanque area outdoors - this area sees the shade the earliest, as located on a lower level to the house, the middle level hosts the pool and the upper level is the house level with a huge(!) balcony overlooking the pool with lake views. "The hotel is in a lovely location. Close to all the amenities of the town. Staff seemed helpful and accomodating. The apartment suites were very well appointed and spacious. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The sofa had crumbs and hair. I requested for it to be cleaned in the morning as I had checked in late and the cleaning staff had already left for the day. I was promised that the room would be deep cleaned in the morning. However, this was not done. I had to request again for the room to be cleaned in the evening on my return from exploring the area. Apparently there were no notes on their room system re: the deep clean and so it was not done. The staff did eventually vacuum and clean the sofa....but only the sofa. At this level of accomodation, I had expected much more."
