Oda temizdi. Yalnız oda da kişisel bakım kiti yok. Talebiniz doğrultusunda ücretsiz veriyorlar. Ayrıca yastık menüsü yoktu ki bence 5 yıldızlı bir otelde olması gereken bir özellik bu devirde. Valizinizi kendiniz çıkarıyorsunuz, en azından biz öyle yaptık çünkü öyle bir personel yoktu. Hep mi öyle bilmiyorum. Kahvaltı standart bir 3-4 yıldızlı otel kahvaltısıydı. Kötü değil ama 5* otel hissiyatı veren bir özellik yoktu ban göre. Kapalı otoparkı var. Konumu iyi, tam karşıda bir yeme-içme mekanları olan büyük bir çarşı gibi bir yapı var. Porsuk çayına yürüyerek gidilebilir. Otel personeli ilgili ve güler yüzlü.

Artı yönleri: Otelin konumu gayet güzel, kahvaltısı yeterli ve temizliği iyiydi. Eksi yönleri: Oteli otoparkı için tercih ettim fakat otoparkı oldukça yetersiz ve kullanışsızdı. Check in ve odaya yerleşme için kısa bir süre (yaklaşık 45 dk) otoparkı kullandım, akşam otele geldiğimizde personel otoparkta yer olmadığını ve kullanamayacağımızı belirtti. Otopark için oteli tercih ettiğimizi söyleyince “zaten gündüz kullandınız ama şimdi yer yok, zaten Eskişehir’de çoğu otelde otopark yok” şeklinde ve güzel olmayan bir üslupla karşılık verdi, gece dışarda park yeri bulmaya çalıştık. Odaların biraz elden geçmesi gerekiyor, Hilton için asgari şartları belki sağlıyordur ama ortalama altında kalmış. Odalarda bir kulak çöpü bile yok, göreceğiniz en pinti Hilton olabilir.
