Termal sudan kaynaklanan sararmalar ve bunların ne yazık kı degistirilmemis olması görsel ve psikolojik olarak hijyensizliği düsündürmesi bizi rahatsız etti.Her ne kadar yıkanmıs olsa bile cıkmayan carsaflardaki lekeler ve nemli havlular tekrar gitmeyecegimizin bir göstergesi ne yazık ki.Konum olarak cok guzel bir yerde gayet merkezi ancak aracla gitmeyi dusunurseniz park sorunu var diyebiliriz.Cunku carsı ıcınde.Resepsiyon karsılama olarak gayet kibar,yardımcı oluyorlar.Gündelik kalmayı dusunuyorsanız uygun bir otel.

Çalışanlar çok kibar. Otel çarşı tramway durağına çok yakın. Ancak temizlik çok zayıftı. Banyoda klozet ile lavabo neredeyse üst üste konulmuş.

Lavabo musluğu sallanıyordu. Banyo havalandırma penceresi çıkarılmıştı. Banyo küvetini kullandığınızda tüm banyo su içinde kalıyor. Çünkü küvet sızdırıyordu. Çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü idi. Otelin konumu çok iyi idi. Ancak otopark problemi var. Mutlaka paralı bir otopark bırakmanız gerek aracınızı. Bavuşlarınız varsa bu biraz sıkıntı yaratıyor.

Worst hotel I have seen in my life.

The room and bath were extremely dirty. Unbelievable. I have seen the reviews after we booked and my expectations were pretty low, but I could not imagine this level. It was not even cleaned after we have complained. The view from the window is disgusting. Overnight at your car, than staying in this hotel.
