j avais réservé 10j mais au bout de 2h, j ai du quitter l hôtel !!! je suis furieux, rien ne correspond avec la description que vous avez faite : c est petit (pas comme sur les photos), sale, vétuste, état des matelas qui laisse a désirer, odeur de cigarettes, pas de parking (obliger de se garer la voiture dans une ruelle devant l hôtel ), ... j ai expliqué a la personne a l acceuil que c était intolérable,la seule réponse réponse était qu il ne remboursait pas et que je devais voir avec le site hôtel.com. vous avez ruiné mes vacances avec ma famille, merci..... quand vous proposer un hébergement, allez voir avoir avant de le mettre sur votre site. ou puis je introduire une réclamation ?

Temizlik Önemli
Odaya girdigimizde ilk olarak agir bi kokuyla karsilastik (sigara icilmis), daha sonra carsaflari kontrol ettik ve hem yastiklarda hem carsafin ustunde hem de altinda baskalarinin saclari vardi, banyoda da ayni sekilde. Asagi inip bildirdik, aksam biraz gec oldugu icin temizlik hizmeti yoktu ama resepsiyondaki gorevli yardimci oldu bize yeni carsaf ve yastik kiliflari verdi, sonraki gun temizletti (ama banyo ayniydi) ayrica odade tencere vs. yok ama istediginizde veriyorlar. Ocagin kendi cakmagi bozuktu, odada genel olarak telefon cok cekmiyordu. Wi-Fi da durmadan kopuyordu ama idare ediliyor. Konum olarak cok guzel, 10 dakikada EsPark'a yuruyebiliyorsunuz ve Anadolu Uni tramvay duragina yakin. Etrafinda da bol bol kafeler mevcut. Fiyat uygun.
