"The hosts were excellent with open communication and always on hand to assist if we needed anything. There was one small issue however this was rectified immediately. The apartment was spacious, very clean and modern. We really enjoyed our visit here and would return if we were to visit Eskilstuna again. All amenities listed were available with some added extras. Overall a really nice experience. "

"Great experience in iconic building right in centre of Västerås. Rooms are nice with ample space, minibar and modern bathroom. Breakfast amazing and staff very friendly. Will stay again."

"For me I had to book a cabin because the all the hotels were fully booked so an average rating might be unfair because it didn’t really cater for me. The accommodation was clean and warm with outside temperatures as low as -15. I did have to rent sheets but I guess this is normal for a cabin. "

"Didn’t use room cleaning everyday but had towels replaced. Breakfast seating a little difficult but I understand over Christmas time the hotel was full to capacity so staff managed it well."

"Loved it. The owners made us a full buffet breakfast even though we were the only guests. Very friendly staff. Clean and tidy, good beds, rooms etc. One issue was getting access when we arrived in the evening. We needed to call and couldn’t because our Australian phone didn’t work for calls. Luckily someone helped us out and we got in. Highly recommend this place. "
