"Thanks to the staff who was very helpful Specially kadir at the reception and Asma with the rooms and pool she was very nice and helpful The food was good and lots of variety big thanks to Songul who took care of us dinning The pool bar staff was very nice specially Omar who was always checking if our stay was comfortable and Yasmin who made the best cocktails Overall stay was good"

"not wait to return! I am writing this review from my sun lounger on the pristine beach very sad that it’s our last day! The staff are the friendliest & most attentive I have experienced in a long time. From the bar staff and waiters to the entertainment team to the grounds people, they really are lovely humans! Food offerings were great, we particularly liked eating in the outside seating area of the Magico restaurant. Always lots of choices available for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Our room was absolutely huge, kept immaculately clean and was very comfortable for our 7 night stay. The gym is good for a hotel gym, plenty of equipment and open 7am - 10pm. SO many activities but no one is pushy to get you to join. You can check on the app for the schedule and there is so much to keep you entertained. Evening entertainment was excellent, themed nights, live performers lots of dancing and a dj until 2am in the beach bar. Lots of lovely cats with a cat home inside the hotel grounds. They don’t beg for food and are clearly treated well by the staff. 10/10 experience and I am so sad to be leaving tomorrow!"

"When we arrived the receptionist was very nice and helped us with our luggages and guided us to our room I requested a room with two beds but they couldn't afford it because the hotel was full which was ok. We had dinner at the hotel that day it was delicious but it took a long time to arrive so the waiter kept apologizing about that and gave us water and tea as a gesture to apologize. The room was clear and has an amazing view the only problem was the last day because we requested a drop to the airport the new guys at the reception said it was arranged then in the last minute he said it wasn't avant we had to take a normal taxi to the airport but overall we had a nice stay there."

"This property is a great value in an area that has high-end destination resorts. The staff was very helpful and was able to get us into our room immediately, even though we arrived early. Our room was spacious and clean. We appreciated the peaceful, quiet setting, and the view that overlooked the Aegean. The restaurant is located by the pool that also has a 180degree view of the sea as it sits on a hill side. Breakfast was included, and the food overall was good.We would book this hotel again."

"The Salmakis Resort & Spa was an enticing place but little things meant that it didn't deserve its 5 star rating. The WiFi did not work in the hotel room, only in the restaurant and reception areas, which was very frustrating and inconvenient. When we arrived there was one area through which everyone had to walk to access other areas of the hotel, which had a large pallet loaded with what seemed to be large boxes of machinery. Over our stay this pallet was gradually unloaded but the boxes were just moved to corridors outside the hotel rooms on various levels. There was evidence of damage to some of the mosaics set into walkways and repairs were needed to the steps from our room down to the pool area. In my hotel room, there was no plug for the bathroom basin, meaning to shave it was necessary to keep running the water - a waste of resources. There was no toilet roll holder beside the toilet, just a couple of toilet rolls sitting on a shelf beneath the hand basin. The beach towels were obviously quite old as many of them were frayed at the edges. In all, whilst we enjoyed our stay there it definitely was not worth a 5 star rating."
