"Old grotty room with very basic furniture. Bathrooms are dirty with no toilet paper in the toilet. Looks absolutely NOTHING like the pretty pictures on the website. Twenty minute walk to Big Ben and Parliament, not close by as advertised. Don’t waste your money on this place. It’s horrible. "

"Room was good. Had a view of the Thames. Staff overall were very helpful. Position a bit out of Central London but good bus services to London Bridge and Victoria Station. Also free ferry over Thames to Canary Wharf. Breakfast was disappointing. A lot of choices either not working or not being replenished depending on who was on. Was an upgraded hostel but overall we were satisfied for the price."
