We checked in at 4pm and didn’t receive the room until 7:45pm . Long waiting for the room. Very bad experience specially when we drove all the way from San Francisco to SD and didn’t get the room ready for us. Breakfast was an issue. Understaffed and did not replace items when they ran out. Only 1 out of 3 Breakfasts was without issue. Pool was fabulous. Checkin staff were excellent.
